Building Public Health capacity using Internet-based e-learning.

Kindly respond fast, Is DIPLOMA the height of the program OR MASTERS in PUBLIC HEALTH? I need to know in order to make a decision fast.

At present Diploma is the highest qualification, but next year we plan to upgrade to the Masters of Public Health.
