Experience so far

We have now run seven semesters to the end of 2011. A major development was that in 2011, the programme was validated by Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK - students can now enrol with MMU and receive the MPH award, based on study with Peoples-uni. This is described elsewhere in the web site, and the first students have graduated from MMU with the Master of Public Health.

Students have come from more than 40 countries, and volunteer tutors and support group from more than 20 countries – so we have an international faculty and student body.

Student feedback has been generally positive

The tutor and support group volunteers remain enthusiastic and committed, with new modules under development and 16 modules having been run to date.
